Movie review: Mr Popper penguins (2011)
Adults may track their patience on the level of absurdity inherent with the improbability and impossibility of New York is businessman six penguins in his apartment house raising, but Mr Popper penguins not really for the demanding Viewer meant. Children, chubby, awkward creatures entertaining complaints must not, and the unity of the waddle parallel a familial bond is penguins not the worst moral message one could find young children offer. But there are those who believe that Jim Carrey, as father of two children and six flightless birds, grander things do could be not quite unbearable.
While Tom Popper (Jim Carrey) partnership driving purchase for a promotion to its ownership, it is further separated by his ex-wife Amanda (Carla Gugino) and his children Billy (Maxwell Perry cotton) and Janie (Madeline Carroll). When he obtained from his estranged pop unexpectedly six penguins possessions and Billy the pesky pets for his birthday present errors, Popper, to protect his plumaged companions. As he fights that Popper tried again with his family at the Parry for his new sponsors with the pressure which must balance its ongoing employer, perishable plotting of intrusive Zoo owner (Clark Gregg) intent on the poaching trained the penguins for his own purposes.
The biggest problem with Mr Popper penguins is the lack of realism. Although it clearly is young audience imagination and targeting one, is the complete disregard for the impact and follow ridiculous, especially adopted the police and a dutiful, nemesis keepers are included for purposes of control and grounds specifically. "We had fun, but it is time, back to reality," Popper says, if the authorities intervene and the Penguins are need treated currently as real animals professional. The whole film could have been more credible if it were animated. It's bad enough that the CG penguins completely visually to distinguish between live-action are of their trained colleagues.
Jim Carrey is right at home in the role of a nonsensical, overacting, free-spirited man who is desperately trying to patch his shattered love and separation from his children - the same kind of character, the he his entire career and most likely has played nothing like the popular source material (the filmmakers tried probably in vain it rolls). With gags such as a woman, the extreme alliteration, the typical football splatters on the bar, Waddlers, walk through the Guggenheim and a crowded New York suitable the smoking unnoticed and injected Penguin excrement in the face, Mr Popper penguins is unfathomable cumbersome, FAD, original, uninspired and largely pointless. The dialogue and the situations are pathetic and the supporting characters offer little help from Carrey of Obnoxiousness. If it would be for a few short clips of Chaplin's films, the whole event been excruciating.

Movie review: Green Lantern (2011)
The filmmakers are under the impression that audiences accept nothing, as long as it is soaked in special effects. Balls of gaseous substances, electric fields by lightning, vibrant rays of color, billowing smoke, fiery explosions and glowing energy beam all quickly shown and accompanied by piercing sounds - these tricks are sure to impress even the most cynical critics. Inexplicable things happen suddenly and spectators are expected to sit back and enjoy the Visual stupidity without the cryptic events in question. This is simply not true. For a movie origins Green Lantern has certainly much more explaining to do.
For centuries, the Emerald energy of spirit has known intergalactic peacekeeping force when Green was fueling lanterns. Thousands of specially selected warriors and guardians of the police of the galaxies, to suppress unimaginable forces around the evil forces of fear with their. Legendary legionnaire Abin shine sur (Temuera Morrison), with purple, translucent skin and sinews rubbery, discovered that an old monstrosity called has steadily increased Parallax and is responsible for the recent deaths of several highly skilled green lanterns. He encounters the terrible anomaly firsthand, he deadly wounded and must crash land on Earth.
Viridian energy mysteriously works and specifically choose the individuals who use their powers. When Abin dies, the ring, he has, by a literal Chartreuse charged lantern, indifferent, daring, the hotheaded Jet pilot Hal Jordan (Ryan Reynolds, which dramatically changed by Van Wilder) to his new housekeeper. First, he has at no interest who take over a massive sector of civilization, but with the help of negativistic ally Sinestro (mark strong), to protect bulky alien Kilowog (Michael Clarke Duncan) and bird beaked mentor are the most powerful lantern of all Tomar re (Geoffrey Rush), HAL.
Names are of early, solemn narrative, intrusive flashbacks and countless tongue twisting alien worlds and devices used characters and entities will remain on board the DC Comics faithful. With such a swift-running time, too much is quickly thrown frame content on the screen. In the vein of star wars or Star Trek that ideas are completely science fiction, working at a level closer little explanation to Thor as you iron almost nothing in reality is grounded, and is therefore worthy. "Induction process" enables communication between the people and his newfound comrades, together with rapid acceptance of his lime green muscle suit, comic mask (despite his identity, only for his cheekbones to protect), and super powers. "The ring boundaries are only what you can imagine," insists Tomar-re, a further definition meaningless.
A subplot with Dr. Hector Hammond (Peter Sarsgaard) is unnecessary and wasted, which will be built, but then invincible primary villain Parallax casually discarded and neck love interest of Carol Ferris (Blake lively, prove that it can play only a character) is hopelessly generic. It takes over an hour to develop a plot and forging an antagonist and just a few minutes to the hastily resolve everything. Impressive makeup route of repulsive rather than impressive, and follow suit, rather than effective appear absurd costumes and character design.
When attempting to look of the original comic books remain faithful, Green Lantern has produced some incredibly stupid things. The visuals are completely too goofy for non-fans, easy to digest. It provides also a great emphasis on responsibility, fears, and never as noticeably gentle give up, and uninteresting passes. As iron man 2, fantastic four: rise of the Silver Surfer, Hellboy II: the Golden is army and most of the X-men sequels, Green Lantern a hodge-podge of obsolete graphic novel lore, reinvention, redevelopment, regeneration, adaptation, stale humor and budget defense program special effects, which are an abrasive attack on the meaning and supplications bleak film-making.

Movie review: I am the fourth place (2011)
If you have enjoyed a steady diet of twilight movies, superhero movies and science fiction TV shows, you like I am number four. But probably not. The film is based on the novel book of the same name, is almost entirely by other related substances, leave permanently absent entity derived individuality. The most confusing problem is that twilight the high school romance is better, the comic book movies to the action treat with more finesse and television characters less cardboard. If this is number four, I am only grateful, we had to wallow through one, two and three.
After only nine is besieged with their homeworld of Lorien of Mogadorians, a ruthless race of alien invaders, gifted young people on the ground to escape and are waiting for their fate. John (Alex Pettyfer) is such a survivor who, together with his guardian Henri (Timothy Olyphant), on the escape to avoid, is found, by the Mogadorians constantly remain must. After learning of the murder of an other Lorien, John and Henri's head after paradise, Ohio, where they hope that was low and discover a way to, contact with the remaining allies. When Sarah (Dianna Agron), a pretty photographer at his high school, John in in love, he decides to stay and fight, rather than continue running - a decision which is him against a relentless team of brutal alien executioner pit.
Sometimes (although rarely) mediocre dialogue in the presence of large action can be awarded. Unfortunately I am number four neither. Direction conversation, if not the actual exchanges can probably guess, before anyone has spoken and often in an episode of Scooby-Doo, rivals found the revelations. The dialogue drifts into extremely difficult area on a number of occasions and can not handle realism, if the talks are to be clumsy. Friendships, his father's guidance, antagonistic threats and confessions of love felt never so lame.
Perhaps even less frequently but humdrum dialogue can be dismissed if of the interesting characters and inspiring demeanors. Nothing here. John's defense should it attempt, mix and invisible. He succeeds, but not that the audience the disservice. Sarah gives a probably pretty face, but certainly no more, and Timothy Olyphant Henri tried very hard, but could not overcome the boredom of the script. The otherworldly rogues are perhaps the most cringe worthy, spit speeches too much before killing their victims to commit broken English about harsh alien speech and the cardinal.
A few interesting shots during the battle making a occurs, although its appearance disappears their ingenuity quickly under the sloppy special effects and the behemoth animals, the Lovechild a flying squirrel and the Cloverfield Monster. If inexplicably powerful young people, huge sugar glider creatures and hokey glowing flashlight hands are your cup of tea, is this up for you.
