? Completed with the inclusion of the English subtitles for films in the foreign language, with only one film per year submitted by a given country
After the date limit for the submission of the official online form screen credits, each submission of the form is verified and compiled in a reminder list of eligible releases, which is distributed with newsletters, at the end of December to all the members with right to vote, who vote for the most part to determine the candidates in their respective of expertise (acting) categories(, directing, writing, etc.). Exceptions include nominations for the categories foreign, documentary and animated films, which are determined by committees of special projection consisting of members covering all branches of the Academy. However, all voters can submit nominations for the best picture category. After all applications have been finalized, a second round of voting takes place in which all the voting members may vote in their own branches for most categories determine the final winner. Since 1935, beginning with the 7th Annual Academy Awards, all of this nomination and voting process has been verified and certified by PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Pricewaterhouse). Since 1941, with the introduction of the envelope sealed, it is they who have been responsible for the confidentiality of the contents of the envelope.
There are nearly 6,000 voting members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, with actors that make up the largest group of voters, about 22% of the members. To become a member one must receive an invitation from the Board of Governors for the Academy Branch Executive Committees based on the presentation of a member in recognition of significant contributions to the film industry, or a competitive nomination. There is a lot that goes by selecting the Oscar winners, although crystal regular corporate prices for standard size company are also available.
