Be successful in creativity, entertainment and media industry is also simpler than obtaining a job and climb the ranks of the career of your choice.

As an actor, a musician, a writer, a producer, a Director, a Publisher, a cameraman, a designer, a make up or costume designer, production manager, program manufacturer or an administrator or a Manager, you now have to think outside the box and to be flexible and open to the possibilities.

We must now more than professional skills and qualifications that you have acquired, and even those who need to update regularly that is progressing at a fast pace technology. You have to manage your own mind, stay focused, network, establish and maintain contacts and hunt the work - you must be a business and do your own PR and marketing. Sometimes, this can be frustrating, discouraging, stressful and exhausting.

Tips for keeping targeted when you are looking for work

Maintain a routine from Monday to FridayGet up at the same time each day - it is not to be the crack of dawn! And go to bed at the same time each day.Set yourself tasks for the day - job websites, sending emails to contacts, send the CVs, apply for jobs and telephone calls. Make a list or chart and check off when they have completed.Use a time management tool - something as simple as a list or chart. Use a grid to help you give priority to what you need to do - eg: what is important not important and urgent or not urgent.Keep a book of day - on writing a page on what you have to do and on the opposite page take notes, so you easily go back and check what was the result of a call or email.Keep a list of you have contacted and when to follow up. Note in your diary or set an alert on your phone when in their follow-up.Use social media - Facebook, Twitter and linked - to know what is happening and who does what.Give yourself a treat when you have completed your tasks-perhaps go to the gym room, go swimming, watching a movie, bake a cake, paint your nails have a soak in the bath or the phone of your best friend.Exercise is a great way to help you stay positive as speaking of the positive release endorphins. Why not train for a race of k k 5 or 10, if you have something else to focus on not only your job hunting.Learn something new, even if you are not working. It will keep your brain active, give you something else to think and to help you to stay positive.
